Each staff member is licensed by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC).
Travis Frye MA, LPC

Crossroads Counseling has three therapists on staff to meet your needs. They are Travis Frye MA, LPC who is the Owner and Clinical Director of Crossroads. Travis Frye is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Art's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. He is a Certified EFT Therapist and EFT Supervisor-in-Training. He has worked with hundreds of couples, families, and individuals helping them create positive and lasting change in their relationships. He is an original founding members of the Arizona Community of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. As a Supervisor-in-Training Travis trains other therapists in the theory and practice of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy helping them to become better therapists.
Mike Rehm MA, LAC

Mike Rehm holds a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling for Ottawa University, a Graduate Diploma from Phoenix Seminary, and a BA from Arizona State University. He provides a spiritually integrated approach and Emotionally Focused Couples and Family Therapy for clients experiencing disruptions in relationships and family. In addition to his practice at Crossroads Family Counseling Center, he is a therapist at Calvary Addiction Recovery Center.
Mike is passionate about working with families and couples to exchange old and painful ways of relating with new patterns of safety and connection. He also understands the issues confronting individuals where there has been abuse that often results in intimacy and relational difficulty, shame, anger, and spiritual disconnection. Mike is a trained facilitator for professionally led Mending the Soul small groups: a biblically based research informed model for renewing hope to those impacted by abuse, trauma, and deprivation.

Lauren Jack MA, LAC

Lauren M. Jack is a Masters Level Licensed Associate Counselor through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Lauren is passionate about helping others recognize and live to their full potential. As a counselor, Lauren has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of individuals, couples, children and families who's life experience includes: trauma, PTSD, anxiety and stress, grief and loss, issues sensitive to women, finding your purpose in life, self confidence, health and wellness, relationships and parenting issues.
Lauren approaches each client as an individual first and foremost and is diligent about providing counseling services that addresses the root cause of his/her issue. A few of Lauren's therapeutic modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness, A Healing Journey for Women, ACT, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, or EMDR.
Lauren Completed her Masters Degree in Counseling in 2001 in Arizona and has been a Licensed Associate Counselor through the Board of Behavioral Health examiners since 2007. Lauren has completed Level I and Level II of the EMDR training and is a member of EMDRIA, the EMDR International Association. Lauren is committed to continuing her education and professional growth, as she regularly attends seminars, workshops, lectures and monthly groups in her areas of interest.
Lauren's greatest joy is to spend time with her husband and two daughters. Her hobbies include reading, working on her garden, hiking, healthy living and practicing her faith. Lauren is honored to work as a counselor through Crossroads Family Counseling Center where she can share the Mission of New Life to

PLEASE NOTE: LAC's are highly trained and qualified therapists who have completed their Master's degree in counseling and are under the clinical supervision of Travis E. Frye MA, LPC. As such, they receive on-going supervision of their cases as a part of their training. Client's who receive counseling services from a LAC through Crossroads Counseling must sign an informed consent stating that they are aware Travis E. Frye MA, LPC is acting as the Clinical Supervisor for the LAC, and that their case will be shared with Travis E. Frye MA, LPC to ensure the implementation of quality and effective care.
