Got Stress?

Learn how to identify the causes and symptoms of stress and how to manage it more effectively. Seminar is 4 hours long and is completed in 2, two-hour meetings. Classes are held every Saturday from 10-12.

Cost is 175.00 per person.

Parenting Class

Is the best title for your parenting style "Winging It?" Learn effective discipline for children ages 2-12 and get advice from your peers in a group parenting class. Meets every Tuesday from 6-8 pm. Cost is $75 per couple $50 per individual.

Child and Teen Life Skills Group

Your child will learn vital life skills to improve self-esteem, positive attitude, and how to express emotion positively. Course consists of six one-hour classes which meet Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Course is taught by Nationally Certified and Master's Level Counselor, Brandi Robertson. Time varies depending on age of child. Cost is $260.00 per child. Note: The class is not meant to replace or be therapy. It is purely psycho-educational. If you feel that your child may need more intensive care (therapy) then a consultation may be scheduled.

Anger Management

Learn to identify triggers behind anger, effective strategies in expressing anger, positive ways to handle conflict, and so much more! lasses meet for 8 weeks every Thursday from 6-7pm. Cost is $350.00 per person. Note: In most cases this class meets court or employee mandates for anger management.

Grief Support Group

If you're struggling to overcome the pain associated with loss (divorce, death, moving, etc..) then get support and take steps that will help lead to recovery. Classes meet for 8 weeks every Wednesday from 6-8pm. Cost is $350.00 per person.

Couple Communication Seminar

How important is communication in your marriage? In this program you will develop confidence that you and your spouse can communicate effectively, resolve conflict, increase satisfaction in your marriage, reduce tension and disagreements, and experience greater caring for one another. Seminar is held 3-5 times during the year. Total cost is 350.00 per couple, not including materials.
